Youth Leaders International (YLI) was co-founded in 1996 by Michael and Jerold Samet, and has grown into one of the premier international youth development and education programs today.
YLI focuses on the development of bright students who attend the international meetings and participate in workshops, seminars, and team building activities.
Over the past fourteen years, YLI has impacted the life of many students around the globe. Starting with 5 students in the summer of 1996, YLI now has 300 students per summer involved in its programs. YLI has chapters in Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe, North America, Central America and South America.
Students globally have been positively influenced by YLI and are now giving back to their communities in ways that will hopefully make it a better place for all.
Although the institution has many names - the impact is as real as can be....

YLI teaches youth the value of a life lived in balance and to respect the lessons learned by our fathers and the life lessons they pass on to us....
